Wilson Urrutia Arandia, age 36, of Rose Hill left this earthly life way too soon on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 from Vidant Medical Center in Greenville due to cancer.
He was born December 3, 1980 in Valenzuela, Philippines and was the loving son of Estrella M. Ricci and step-father, John of Rose Hill and the late William Arandia.
