Celebrating the life of Cathy Baker Brown
Thank you for signing Cathy Baker Brown's Guestbook
My husband James knew Kathy longer than I did. I met her when we started 9th grade at Wallace-Rose Hill in the year of 1965, so we both knew her a lot of years.
She was a sweet person, the same every time you saw her. She always had a smile
and was in a cheerful mood. We will surely miss her. Our hearts and prayers go out to her husband and her family. James & Kay Brinkley

I was saddened to learn in this week's Duplin Times of Cathy's passing. I regret I was not aware until after her funeral - I would have been there. She was a classmate of mine in our WRH Class of 1969. She was such a lovely person and I remember especially her beautiful eyes and hair. Jimmy, you and your family took such loving, wonderful care of her during her long and difficult illness. May you be comforted knowing she is now in a better place free from pain and limitations. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time of grief. With heartfelt sympathy, Fran Nichols Brock
